BACK OF THE HOUSE POSITIONS:
The LINE COOK candidate will be responsible to:
-Follow direction of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef with a positive attitude.
-Be able to work in a team environment.
-Multitask
-Prepare for shift by setting up station, keeping it stocked, and backed up.
-Prepare meals by following established recipes by chef.
-Work quickly and efficiently under pressure in a high-volume restaurant
-Communicate effectively with front of house managers/staff.
-Clean during and after your shift.
-Stock and put away supplies, food orders as needed
The SOUS CHEF candidate will be able to adhere to the above as well as:
-Be responsible for the kitchen operation in the absence of the Executive Chef/Head Chefs.
-Ensure all storage, preparation and presentation of all food be maintained to the highest standards
-Communicate with staff and FOH staff in a positive, team-oriented way.
-Be knowledgeable and follow through with any food-related allergies issues.

We are hiring bartenders and server positions for the upcoming season.
The bartender position responsibilities:
-Be knowledgeable of all menu items, recipes and liquors behind the bar.
-Have 1+ years experience as a bartender in a high volume bar/restaurant.
-Be attentive, organized, fast and clean.
-Be gracious, friendly, helpful and patient with guests.
-Be devoted and ready to work.
The SERVER position responsibilities include the above as well as:
-Be T.I.P.S/S.T.O.P Certified in RI.
-Have 1+ years experience as a server in a high volume restaurant
-Be knowledgeable of all menu items, recipes and liquors behind bar.
-Be gracious, friendly, helpful and patient with guests.
-Be able to handle food allergy related requests and communicate with kitchen
The bartender position responsibilities:
-Be knowledgeable of all menu items, recipes and liquors behind the bar.
